Hey Everyone, It's Ang here, had another one of thosew annoying smoking dreams again. Good thing they are nothing but a minor annoyance though and JUST A DREAM I am doing well, with my quit things have been good with it not having any cravings. I am still pretty irratable but nothing that I cant control. I really think I can do it this time. Ive learned soo much this time about my quit and smoking than I ever did before, its all about knowledge. You have to have a plan either before you quit or while you are quit to make out. Plan how u intend to deal with things. Rewire your brain a bit and soon the responses to a cigarette will be for omething much healthier. I am proud of myself everyday and even more proud when I think about how far Ive come and the things Ive gone through without smoking. I just keep having plans and think ahead a bit, but mostly try to enjoy the moment. How my Knights doing???
