7 months, that is awesome but yet you scare me to death. It is scary to know that after all that time you still crave it.I dont know what to tell you other then just keep up the fight and find other things to keep you busy. Think of your girls how much better this is for them. Good luck and be really proud of yourself. Hi Beanie.. Try watching some TV or reading some on the internet.. Have a cup of tea to relax you after getting the kids in bed. Try to ignore it... I'm sorry.. Beanie, First, CONGRATULATIONS ON 7 MONTHS!!! You've made it so far without a smoke, you're doing awesome! You tried crafts... how about reading a book, coming here to the site, try a different craft. There are lots of things to do other than smoke. In fact, smoking raises your blood pressure and makes you MORE stressed, so if you want to relax, DON'T smoke! Try to distract yourself with something else... last night, I was having a rough time (there seems to be a lot of that going around right now), and was having HORRIBLE cravings (I rarely get any anymore) but I started studying for my test that I took this morning, and all of a sudden, I totally forgot about my cravings! So, if one thing doesn't work to distract you, try something else. You have an awesome quit going! Don't give that up! You'll be sorry you did. Crave the Quit!
