Hey guys!
You are all doing an amazing job and should be extremely proud of yourselves. Even making it through a few hours can be a trial, but you're doing it. And it does get better. Much much much much better!
Parola,
There may be a lot of emotional stuff that comes to the surface and since we never learned how to cope without nicotene, it often shows itself as anger. You'll learn a LOT about yourself if you can ride this out and it is SO worth it.
Keep going everyone and I know that you can do this. It will get easier the more days you put behind you.
Be Blessed,
Sandra
