Well hello again Rainne!!
I understand and remember what you are going through. The dizziness, sore throat, and the chest ache ~ luckily though, you can think of these as healing things. This is your bodys way of healing from the poisons that you put in it.
Just remember that this is temporary. Hell week is just that.
Have you completed the tools on the left?? They are so important!!!
Take care of yourself right now. Be kind to yourself. And it is okay to cry and sleep. That is what I did for my first week!!! Remember to drink lots of water!!
Oh, and one more thing. Don't dwell on a crave. The more you think about it, the longer it will last. When it hits you, take some deep breaths and reconize it as a craving. While you are breathing, say to yourself that this is a crave, and it will pass; I do not smoke anymore; This will pass. Then you MUST change your thoughts. Get out a CD, or ipod, and listen to music. Get up and force yourself to take a walk. Bring your music and water bottle along. It really will help!
