Glad to hear it! Good Luck! I quit Tuesday, May 23 at midnight. It has been 18 days and I have lived through it. My husband quit with me. I was a 3 pack a day smoker for 34 years. You CAN do it! Hi Cruzen, a big welcome and I will be glad to wish you luck. I found that maintaining a positive attitude at all times was crucial in my quit. Congrats' on quitting mate. Doing so on Queen's Birthday is worthy indeed. You have the opportunity, with the weekend on us, to spend good quality time studying all that Trevor and staff have prepared to make you read and keep you quit. Remember, if you fail, and Lord knows I pray not, it will be probably due to lack of preparation. Another words, being able to say....hummmm, I do recall something about this......
