Weighing in at 162.5 with a goal of 140 by September 1st. My main goal is to get more into shape and lead a beautiful, healthy, kick butt life!
Hope you'll have me!
Members,
This a great way to motivate yourself to get on the "eating well and exercise wagon"! Perhaps we could keep weight out of it and give goals that we are trying to achieve. We can then work together to strive for these goals.
I want to make sure that we are all comfortable and do not exceed boundaries. By noting our goals and how we intend to get to them, we can all help one another and support each other while keeping quit.
Keep Strong,
Josie
