Hi Collean, many congratulations on your over-100-days, i can't wait to have impressive stats like that. I'm not a knight but i was hoping you could give me some info regarding the milesones to watch out for. I hear about a cruise, the beach and the hotel, when do they happen? Also a few years back i managed to quit until i hit 3 months and then it all went pete tong, so do i have to watch out for 100 days as well? Thanks for any illumination you can give me My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/11/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 30 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 904 Amount Saved: 150 Life Gained: Days: 3 Hrs: 21 Mins: 51 Seconds: 37

Colleen- it is really sad, how few of us are still around, if this truly is the case. But we knew this when we put our oars in. A person can't approach quitting this addiction thinking a slip here and there don't matter. Oh well...enough of that. No preaching from someone who has been on the brink most of the week. But hey, who would have thought that I, who has one of the most pessimistic and pragmatic nasty attitudes of the whole lot of us,am still here "puff-less" going on 4 months? That makes me think that some just aren't reporting in yet. I mean, c'mon,,,,,me? Great job , knights! ;) My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/18/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 116 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,640 Amount Saved: $1044 Life Gained: Days: 19 Hrs: 1 Mins: 26 Seconds: 18

I am still here. I never post but I always read ;) Im doing ok. I get that occasional craving but nothing serious and they only last for a few minutes. I was telling my fianc last night that I can tell when I have thought about smoking that day because I will tell him Hey, its been X days since I quit LOL Anyway, I am a bit sad that only a few of us Knights are left. I hope more come and check in. Hello all you Knights. I am here. My trusty steed has carried me through. The battles they seem so long and unrelenting and I can only look to the other side and see the great expanse of pleasure at a long, long life of freedom. Hello Fellow Knights, Its been a while since we've had a 'roll call' and I was thinking that most of us, if not all of us, are on The Beach now. I've been reading over and over that this can be an 'interesting' time in our quits. I know for me this last little bit has felt like Hell Week all over again. But, because I was kinda aware that it may hit I have not been taken by surprise - therefore forewarned is definitely forearmed.(Thank you SSC!) I am fully prepared to ride it out. I will NOT listen to those crazy thoughts! But more importantly, I will not smoke! Period. How are the rest of you Knights doing? Still hanging in? Can't believe that there are only 5 or 6 Knights left around the table. I remember when Knight Christine made up a list of all of us Knights there were DOZENS of us. MAN,I HATE THIS FREAKIN ADDICTION! Keep hangin' in ...
