You can easily change your reasons for smoking and you've already invested almost a day - so why not create some new reasons. The smell, your health, money, feeling proud of yourself, having more time (for studying). There will always be more reasons to quit than there will be to remain a smoker. Your memory just needs some jogging!
Plus, once you make it through this first week - it could be the very LAST time you'll have to do it again ;)
