I agree with Joanne and Mira. If you do okay on the 14 mg patch, then go for it. If it turns out to be the wrong choice, you can always go bac. Keep a 21 with you for a few days, just in case.
You may experience some craving on step-down. If you do just remember that, like all craves, they won't last.
