Goodnight Mama - We'll see ya in the morning with no smoke coming off of you! It will be tough - but I think you will like the "breakfast club" at the SSC. It beats smoking alone and being miserable and stinky! May the force be with you! Goodnight Mama - You had an awesome first day. I know that you are so prepared that you can do this! I'm glad that your daughter hid her's so well that you couldn't find them. You will be such an example for her that maybe she will quit as well. Sleep well, our friend, tomorrow is another day. and good morning How are ya doing? Cuddles It's better to be a non-smoker with an occasional desire for a cig than a smoker with a constant desire to quit...... How is it going Mama?
18 years ago 0 5195 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Go ahead and go to bed early Mama. It's allowed. Do whatever it takes not to smoke and know that this passes in time. Every day is one day closer to never feeling this way again. Congratulations on making it through day one. The hardest part is over now. You have begun. Just remember as long as you don't light that next cigarette, you have got it made. Deep breaths and drink a lot of water. One step at a time. Take your quit five minutes at a time and be patient with yourself. You are doing great! Mama... you are too funny. No, I don't think your perm will fall out :p Those first few weeks can be really rough. Hot, cold, dizzy, anxious, angry, scared, and every thing else. Hang on tight and take each thing as it comes. Remember the deep breaths. I don't know why but they really seem to help. When you feel like you are going to lose your mind and you can't go on, keep going. It will pass. Keep telling yourself that as long as you don't smoke you will be fine. Post all you need to. That is why we are here. Have a great Day Two!
