Mookie ... you keep it up. Each day will get easier. A few hard ones will get thrown in to test you, but you will be able to handle it. You are doing so wonderful! Hi Mookie, Keep persevering! Try some physical activity for that restlessness and anxiety. Your brain can't think of nicotine if you wear it out. Check back soon, Danielle __________________________________ The SSC Support Team

earlier post was under wrong name Yvonne Anyway...its after dinner and I truly miss having my smoke but it's not as bad as yesterday. I'm still feeling very tired and I take naps although I'm very restless. I sleep better in my chair....lol.....I try to stay busy and think of other things besides smoking but find that smoking occupies most of my thoughts. I hate that nicodemon!! I'm trying my best to stay busy and keep my hands busy but its wearing me down. I only have a few more hours before bedtime. Tomorrow will be day 4 YIPPPPEEEEEE My Milage: My Quit Date: 6/2/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 2 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 34 Amount Saved: $11.2 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 9 Mins: 28 Seconds: 48

Good for you mookie! Try establishing a new ritual after meals, instead of smoking. When I'm at work, I suck on a mint, or chew on a straw. When I am at home, I relax with a book, or watch a movie. Anything to develop a new habit pattern. You seem so committed to your quit and that is the main ingredient.
