Hi Marie, Ok time to get up and do something else. Preferably something physical, it will help you maintain your waistline, get rid of anxiety, bring energy levels up and help you sleep. Plus if your doing some type of physical activity that requires your attention, like playing a sport or rollerblading, kind of hard to think about smoking. Hope this helps, Danielle __________________________________ The Habitrol Support Team

Isn't it nice to be able to say no and smile inwardly...that you have taken a step in the right direction?

I'm on day two, with the step 2 patch. I didn't use step 1, because I haven't smoked that much in a long time. Cravings are mild, but this is the first day back to work, and everyone's asking me "Hey, wanna come out for a smoke?".. It's nice to be able to tell them "No." My Milage: My Quit Date: 6/10/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 2 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 39 Amount Saved: $6 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 8 Mins: 14 Seconds: 22
