Great going Kim. You're going to make it with that frame of mind. Be positive - there are absolutely no negatives to giving up smoking despite how you feel in the short term. You are preparing yourself for the challenges and I think that is important - understand the tricks your body is playing on you and you can fight them. You are escaping a horrible trap and you've done the hardest bit - it will get easier but you must stay vigilent - it's so easy to go back to square one in the early days.
