hi ,loving so glad you're back and are alright. I know, I never craved sweets before, now I can't have enough of it. So I drink 2 glasses of fruit juice a day, cause I also don't really like fruits I prefer veggies. It's working, because I crave chocolate less, but I still have it as a reward once a week. Hope this helps, I like grapefruit juice the best........
