Hi group! Thanks for all of your very encouraging words while I have struggled with this first (honest) attempt to quit smoking. Over the weekend, I was trying to recall what acronym you had given me (I now know it's NOPE), but I thought it was NONE. Not One Not Ever. It's not bad, right? At least I was thinking in the right frame of mind! Not One Not Ever. I am moving forward, being positive, realizing that just becuz I CAN smoke, doesn't mean I will. That was so dumb of me to think. I was just trying to justify my relapse. I appreciate your very understanding posts, thanks so much. ;)

Heh. You realize, of course, this begs the further phrase: NOPE - NONE - NADA Not Not Not One One Another Puff Not Drag Ever Ever Again Hee hee. Sorry, I couldn't resist! Not One Not Ever is a good one, sallys_daughter. I think it should join the ranks of N.O.P.E. :) Keep up the good quit.
