Good for you for resisting!
Hell Week - I'm kind of glad I didn't hear this term until today - I suppose it means the first week. Had I known about it, I would have worried more! And probably set myself up to fail.
Isn't it amazing how our mind can play those little tricks on us?
Keep at it.

Aliebling,
Keep persevering, try replacing your old habit with a new one. Instead of a smoke, candy or gum or do something fun.
Whatever works for you.
Keep at it!

This is a sneaky, sneaky addiction. I've been floating along barely even _thinking_ about the fact that I've quit smoking, marveling at how effortless it's been compared to last time. And then yesterday, I actually had the ridiculous thought, "Well, I've been doing so well... and since it's so easy to quit I can always do it again later... right after I bum a smoke from that lady over there..." AAAAAH! Luckily I mentally smacked myself and kept walking, but it was definitely a wake-up call to stay on my guard.
