Hi LadyCroft,
I notice that your meter says that you're going to start your quit in 185 days... is that correct?!?! If so, you might want to consider starting your quit in less than 6 months. I'd say a week or two is plenty of time to prepare. Any more than that and you start to reconsider your decision to quit... in my opinion.
If you already have depression, you might consider quitting with wellbutrin or zyban. They will help you with the depression and with the cravings. Starting a new hobby is a GREAT idea and it's also something that will help you keep your mind off of smoking... distration is key to a successful quit. We'll be here whenever you're ready to join us! In the meantime, don't hesitate to read and post as much as you'd like. Best wishes on your quit.
Crave the Quit!
Pam
