Hi all, My name is Tracy, and I have been quit for 29 days now, and this is my 3 consecutive go at this. I have been having a very rough go at this one as well but this is the longest I have made a quit last so far. For me this is a very very big struggle to get through each and everyday, but I am trying to succeed at quitting. I will never quit quitting. I am soooooooo lost in here... Just love to add confusion to my day.. I was able to download the messenger thingy, just cant figure out how to open it or where it is... So much for getting anything else done today,, think I'll be busy here all day now browsing, and getting lost

arrrgghh Got the messenger now, wouldnt work, but I think I was signed out.. d'oh. Will try again.. Thanks for the tips.. Feebs, havent done the workbook yet, got the messenger and meter thingy, puts them right on your desktop.. kinda kewl.
