I quit on March 20th and stayed quit for 30 days. I slipped for a 24 hour period and got right back on with my quit, only to 10 days later slip again twice. I cannot seem to get myself motivated again after going so long. Do not smoke same quantity as before and try each day with patch/lozenge. So far, since the 30 days, I managed a 2day quit with not slips.

Welcome to the SSC Bethie... Be sure to check out the program tools to the left. It is important to develop a plan for when the craves hit. You have come to the best place on the web to get help for quitting. I never would have made it without all the help of the wonderful people around here.
Take some deep breaths and practice N.O.P.E. (Not One Puff Ever) that is how we all quit. You can do it.

Hi Bethie and Harley
I just replied to Harley on another thread - it looked like Harley was going to take some time and try again. It seems Bethie and Harley know each other? That's GREAT! You have quitting partners.
You're right - you can both do this. It's not easy but I bet you're tough enough to beat the addiction that has a hold of you.
Good luck to you and keep us posted!
