Hello everyone! I'm off to Calgary tonight for the long weekend. My uncle is celebrating his 75th birthday and his kids are throwing him a bash. I'm a bit nervous about the trip. I used to live in the mountains and will be hooking up with some friends while I'm out there. And of course I smoked like a fish the whole time I lived there. I know that 3 of the friends I'm seeing have also quit so that helps. And all bars/restaurants are non smoking so that is a huge bonus. I know I want this quit more than anything but I'm still nervous. so here is my weekend pledge: I will be smoke free, I will be strong, I will breath deeply and stay focused. Cheers, Skidoo Have a super long weekend everyone!!!!!!!! Skidoo, I am sure you will do great on the vacation. Enjoy your time and print a few posts to review if things get sketchy.
