Sounds like you're experiencing the normal first day quit symptoms. But if you can say they are not too bad, then you're doing terrific. When you're tired, go to sleep (even if it's not bedtime) . Be gentle with yourself, quitting is traumatic to your body and mind. I also had a headache for a couple of days, so keep aspirin handy - as well as vitamins to keep yourself strong. Stay close and post often. Congratulations on becoming a non-smoker!!!! Don't forget to drink you 8-10 glasses of water every day.
