Hello Friend, At least You still have a great attitude about quitting this addiction, You know, the answer is right there under Your nose, You don't have to grab for a cigerette, just cause You got an urge, Oh No, You see, You cut a milk shake straw in half, and puff on that baby until Your face turns blue, and it won't hurt You a bit, and its not considered a slip either, How do You think I got to 3 years without a cigerette touching my lips, or take the cassing off of a ball point pen, it works the same, just only when the urge stikes You, for it only last a few minutes,
But I was told from day one, If You give a bad habit like smoking, You should replace that habit, with another habit like Excercising, or swimming at the Y,M,C,A, or what ever is Your fancy, can You dig that, A lot of this will determine Your quit, on how great Your Motivation is, I had two young Grandson's and the People on this website Who pushed me on the straight and narrow, Wouldn't make a u-turn at this point for all the tea in China, So Friend, Do what You must, But Quitting is VERY DOABLE, been there done that, Have a great weekend, and make that promise, Smokless In Oklahoma :)
