Day 4 torture, help...

18 years ago 0 5 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Sometimes when you look at a cigarette, if you really see it...really understand what it is used for...you can come to the relaization that it just isn't right. But day four is not the time to get philosophical, is it? day four is Sweat it out day - pray for bedtime and sleep day - get through one more hour/minute/second day.

Keep that awesome attitude going Jeangirl. Do not let Nicodemon wear that down. You can do this. I'm so happy for you. Look at you! You are succeeding! Jeangirl ... remind yourself that this part of your quit is going to pass. Remember that there is light at the end of the tunnel. You can do this. Stay busy or take a nap ... whatever works for you. Drink water, have a glass of OJ, go rent some movies, take 5 showers a day if it helps, walk around the block, stay on this site and post ... just keep doing anything that keeps you from not smoking ... it won't be long before it starts getting easier. I only have one month smoke free ... and it is nothing like week 1, 2 or 3 anymore. It just keeps getting better and better. You can do this.
