I kept my 'reasons' to quit right where would keep my cigarettes. A good one....and I see that when I read it at day 4 in my quit I was feeling like crying. Don't remember that....maybe it's like childbirth..after a while the pain fades away and we're left with the beautiful result of all that hard work. Has anyone else noticed that since the recent technical changes that when posts get bumped the original posts often are cut off, not complete? And Shevie...whenever you responded....it helped knowing that despite how hard this, it can be done. I never ever ever want to smoke another cigarette in my life!!!!!!!
