good luck.. reading about what to expect and finding out the triggers that set me off.. Also the best thing that I read was to wait 5 min after your craving before acting on it.. so far so good,, I am breathing deeply alot

Hi Na, Glad that you are going to keep going. Never stop trying. This is a great place to be. I wish instead of having that one smoke after 3 years I would have just came back here and talked to everyone. Believe me when I quit in July I will always come back even if I feel only 1 won't hurt. It hurt bad because I am back where I started from. So never give up!!!!! You can do this. We can do this!!! Jnine

Good to see you too Na. Remember that for a while you are on a roller coaster. Try not to fight it. I am still on the roller coaster. I figure I am not going to let the roller coaster beat me and throw me off. Remember you are not on this roller coaster alone. Anytime you need to vent or whatever ... just come here and post. We understand and we are all here for each other. Glad you are back on the ride. The more the merrier! Well done Na, It is a fantastic effort to be back on the quit again so fast. You rock! I think that the team here and all the tools in your glove box are just the things that any quitter needs to be able to free themselves from this addiction. Take care chickstarr :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/16/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 13 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 399 Amount Saved: $162.5 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 21 Mins: 12 Seconds: 30

After my last departure from here (I caved in 2 weeks ago after a 4 day quit), I am glad to say that I am going for it again tomorrow. Nice to be back. I will join in the May group tomorrow :) :) this time i have added one more activity to myself, that is to do some meditation in the morning, hopefully, that will help me to be more in control emotionally. thanks for being here. It's 1pm now, and i feel really down. Since morning, i have been on a slightly depressed mood. And actually had a quarrel with my hubby through the webcam and skype... I am not sure if all these happenings are due to my withdrawal to nicotine (unlikely cos everything happens in the morning) , or it just happens to be a bad day for me. Yes, and my tears do come uncontrollably too. Heard that some of you suffered that too. Seems to me that this quit is so much tougher than the last one... (oh man..i should have kept that last one :). Breaking Free... nice name..i was wondering awhile where you have been cos i dont see Xsmoker around. Glad to see you again. na My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/29/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 0 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 0 Amount Saved: $0 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 0 Mins: 0 Seconds: 0
