Well, I'll just keep posting here instead of starting a new thread. Today is WAY better so far, its early yet but I think I am on the mend! I was so ready to go home and beat hubby up to get a smoke, that is the only way I would get one from him! LOL!
I went to get a hair cut and stopped at the store for some charcoal to grill out and by the time I got home I was feeling so much better. I was still snappy and not being tolerant of a lot but overall I think it was better than earlier in the day.
My hubby is being very supportive and he would have been the last one to think I would have made it this far. Not because he doesn't believe in me but because I never thought I could do it!
two weeks ago we would have broke out in a big fight but now it seems that hubby is just backing off a little to help me get through this. Maybe we are on the way to mending our relationship a bit.
Anyhow....I am better! I thank you all for supporting me when I was in my weakest moments. I am sure I will have more bumps but hoping this was the worst of the worst!!
Hugs

Just another day of crap! I don't have a headache today but I am pissey and short and sensitive and weepy....I HATE IT!!!! I feel like I can't do anything right anymore. I get mad at everything...I'm just in a slump! IMO, THIS IS HELL WEEK! Last week was nothing compared to this week so far!
I want to go out to my car and drive and smoke. I want to scream so loud that my vocal chords fall out! I want to rip everyone that I work with including customers a new arsehole and I think I have almost come close. I need to be calm to keep my job. All I need is to blow up and get fired. Not making excuses to smoke just saying how I feel. I have waited and waited and waited and I am still all those things above. The craves are not passing and I am not better...YET! I know this will pass...but my god is this ever hard.
Thanks for letting me vent!

Oh my, Islandgirl! I turned my light off, closed my door to my office and just stretched out on the floor. I breathed deep and just was in total silence. I was so relaxed after about 5 minutes that when I went to get up I was weak in the legs. I will try to use that as my crutch for now since nothing else is working for me!
Hugs

Thanks for your offer, I think we can for sure help each other. We have lots of quitters in our date range and that helps a lot. The more support the better!
Yesterday was pretty bad...crying at everything I saw, heard...etc! Today I am not so emotional but just feel empty, if that makes sense. I feel like I can't catch my breath, even with deep breaths. Have a headache, cramps, tired....you name it!
I so don't wanna be the big whiner but it does help to get it out and know that I am not alone!
Hugs, my friends!
