Joeygee,
Anytime you decide to stop is a good time. It's when you stop trying that is sick.
Use this time to in your quit to take care of yourself and as you start to feel better then take it slow but start walking and breathing deep. Drink lots of water and have other devices to help you through any tough times. Like straws, vegtables, sunflower seeds, fruits, what ever it takes to help you.
Come here often and read as much as you can on the new and the old post. There is much wisdom in all of them. And just as you feel that you are going through something that you arn't sure about you will find a post of someone else going through the same thing.
Your not alone ^i^
