KahneKrazy,
COngratulations on your decision to quit! You are unfamiliar with what to do while you don't smoke. GUess what? You don't smoke anymore -- so now you get to do whatever you want when you want!!!! Take a walk, if its break time, go visit another co-worker who does not smoke. Call someone who supports you. Crochet, work a crossword - just no smoking. There is so much more time to do what I want now that I don't smoke. You're not missing a THING! I walk the stairs at work when I used to "break for a smoke" and at home, I get on the treadmill and walk my dog. Fitness is awesome. Water, Water, Water, I am still doing at least 6 glasses a day. It really does help. Hang in there, it's SO worth how you will feel! Welcome to SSC!
