Hey Ron, At least you did find something. I've heard great things about Noni Juice! Just might have to try it. My little ones are controlled with red licorice. Holding it like a cigarette sometimes helps too. Strawberrie & peanuts too! Whoever said that water helps the cravings was right on! Today has been a good day considering my itsy bitsy (is there really such a thing) slip yesterday. I actually felt pretty good this morning. The 1st morning smoke time wasn't too bad and I got over it pretty quickly. At about 11:30 I started with a moderate craving that has lasted a while but it comes and goes. It's 2:35 and I'm drinking some water so things are pretty even right now. Thanks all for your wonderful advice and support. I'm pretty sure I would have started back smoking this weekend if it wasn't for y'all. I'm trying as hard as I can to make this quit a successful one! Hi Milaya, I'm glad water worked for you. It didn't for me... the only thing that actually takes my big cravings away was Noni Juice it seemed. I controlled the little ones with Oranges and Chocolate. I wish water would have helped... lots cheaper!
