Congratulations on one month!!! that is an awesome accomplishment! I to, was a reluctant quitter, but now i am looking at myself as a new person, a new non-smoker! It takes a lot to make it through a month, you should be proud of yourself!! Keep going strong, you are an inspiration to all of us!! This was much easier to accomplish than I thought it would be, because I was a reluctant quitter. I really loved to smoke, but it was time, and I wont go back I had fantastic success with the lozenge, and was able to wean myself from it completely a week ago. I have a few left and my plan is, if I ever get an overwhelming urge to light up, I will pop a lozenge. So far that has not happened. I feel very peaceful about my whole adventure. Water was key for me. I drank at least a gallon a day. This place was a big help, and Im grateful for the supportive people here. Thanks for the good wishes. It is a little strange that I just have no desire to fall of the wagon, and trust me, I was a very dedicated puffer.
