I'm Change

Hi gumphfy, congratulations on 5 days. It seems to me that when i smoked my emotions were locked away somewhere and since i stopped i get angry more, i cry more, and i now laugh at things that i otherwise would not have. Although this is a little unnerving at times i realise that all these changes make me feel more alive than i did when i was smoking. gum, This is normal and it will pass. You need to check out some relaxation techniques. Exercise, stretching and a hobby may be able to assist you. Take some you time and relax. You can have your emotions and then move on :) Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
