So, today is the beginning of my 4th month of liberation from Nicotine :)
What have I noticed? Yes, I've gained a few pounds, but my doctor has dropped my blood pressure medication due to the fact that my body no longer needs the medication to keep my pressure at an optimal range :)
I can work out twice as long as I could when I was smoking.
I've lost that horrible cough, as I've finally stopped coughing up the tar that has coated my insides for years.
My sense of smell is so greatly improved that I can't sit in the den, due to the fact that I can smell where we've burned logs in the fireplace :) Guess who's going to be washing down the inside of the fireplace this weeking ;)
So, I'm finally craving the quit with all my being, and just proud as I can be...
Here's wishing you all joyous quits and a wonderful weekend.
Peace,
Jackey
