Shaking. Nervous. Spaced out

There is ONE good thing about ALL of this. Today I have had only ONE craving (which lasted only about 2 sec and I popped a cinnamon hard candy and *poof* it was gone). So I consider that a good balance. I can handle these symptoms, barely, but I can and all the wile in the back of my mind I am thinking (how stupid and crazy was I to slowly poison myself with this crap) My Milage: My Quit Date: 6/6/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 7 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 151 Amount Saved: $31.5 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 2 Mins: 58 Seconds: 27

Well.....for some reason these withdrawal symptoms have hit hard today. I am shaking, I am really spaced out (More than usual) and my nerves are really raw. I know this is part of the cleaning process, but it is really unsettling. Thank you. I will try (since I am at work today, thought work, will take my mind off of it), but it is bad..... Nothing I cannot handle, but it is more uncomfortable than anything else. Just hang on! I had my hell days on 8-10!~ The first week was no problem but once I hit a week, it was over. I was so close to smoking but I didn't and it passed. I felt great after I made it through the few rough days! HOLD ONNNNN! JD: Hang tough with your water, breathe in, breathe out (slowly) and take a short walk. Also, make sure you're eating properly. Some of us get so focused on the quit we're only snacking. Take the time to take care of yourself. The breathing will realx you and help you focus a little better. It's better to be at work, busy hands, busy mind, just take your time with things and smile that you're doing something really tremendous for yourself!!!! You're in the process of healing so it will be unpleasant at times, but really worth it....
