I am so apprehensive about quitting tomorrow

Hi Birdie, Yoda (SSC member) once said that he quit for a millisecond at a time. You can do anything for a millisecond and then they all add up. Another member, Mirbah, said sometimes the only thing you can do is say, yes, I want a cigarette, and no, Im not going to have one. Its really that simple. Make sure you have things to do, things to eat, straws or gum to put in your mouth, and be as good to yourself as you can for the next few days. Well be here if you need a hand. :) Not cravin', never cavin'. You've planned and prepared and now all that's left is to just do it! Yep, it's scary! But the butterflies in the stomach go away once the quit actually starts. (Lot's of other feelings come up...but the butterflies are gone! ;p ) Just take it a day at a time, or an hour....or by the minute if need be! We CAN do this!
