Events over the last couple weeks were not good for my willpower to quit, but those events, or my responses to them, have evolved into a renewed determination. My daughter lives in Oregon with her mother, but not for long. I live in California and have been able to visit her twice in the little over a year since we parted ways. Her mom is moving to the East coast with her fiancee and taking my little girl with her. Realizing the likelihood of a vast increase in travel costs for me to visit, let along bring my son along, I have this golden opportunity to make a change that I've been aching to make for so long, but have been afraid of. I know that this program is mainly for cigs, but I have decided to quit smoking something else as well. I wish to lump them together under the term "smoking." Together, they have cost me in the neighborhood of $10.00 per day. My quit meter will reflect this. I can think of a few things I'd rather spend it on than being lazy, depressed and unmotivated. An extra flight to New England to see my baby girl. *choking up* So, as I'm sure many of you probably know, I'm going to need all the help I can get. I appreciate you all and look forward to spending a lot of time here and cleaning, reading, eating better, cleaning, excercising, cleaning, saving and traveling. Hi, Carpepax. Welcome back up on the wagon. Glad to hear you've decided to quit all your smoking. :) $10 per day is $300 per month. That will buy plane tickets and car rental real quick. You know the drill, Carpepax. We've done this before, we can do it again. I'm glad your back, buddy.
