I'm getting ready to get off work in a half hour, and all I can think about is the cigarette on the way home. I'm not going to smoke, but need to get my mind off of it, and nothing seems to be helping right now. Any suggestions on what I can do to get my mind somewhere else? Get a bottle of water and sip sip sip. Get some gum and chew chew chew. Get some hard candy and enjoy the flavour. Get some music and create your own karakoe bar on the way home Do something different! Any thing different! Keep thinking about why you quit, how healthy pink your lungs will be, how you will be able to breath clear and clean no more rasping and hacking and coughing. Go for a run, a blade a lovely walk. Do something different! Any thing different! and did I say Do something different! Any thing different! Cheers Phillip :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/17/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 77 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,555 Amount Saved: $577.5 Life Gained: Days: 12 Hrs: 16 Mins: 14 Seconds: 12

Shawn, Turn the radio full blast and sing all the way home! Have a bottle of water near by and if its hits, take a drink! You can do this! Josie _____________________ The SHO Support Team.
