Put those 2 weeks and all it's events behind you and GET BACK TO BUSINESS - not smoking that is. You can do this, you already did. Just remember NOPE and you never have to do it again. It's a choice! Carlos: I have lost so many quits before because of the "just one puff here and there".....Learn from this..We are addicts and we can never have another puff. I still think sometimes that I would like to take "just one puff" just to see if I still like it...(typical junkie) But over the years of trying many many times, I learned that that one puff will be the beginning of the end.... I quit smoking 14 months ago and I promise you, it still keeps getting easier and easier to push the junkie thoughts aside.. Jump back in the ring Carlos, it the only place to be....Smoking Kills! Carlos, it's time to stop feeling sorry for yourself and start looking up. You know you can quit. So just start again. Don't let your misery be an excuse to get back into the addiction. Don't be depressed...turn those feelings into resolve and positive attitude. Buena Suerte! c, You have learned from this and that is the important thing! Get back in the saddle and strap yourself in! Prepare for those situations and have your coping mechanism with you at all times! This is not easy, but you can do it. Your children will respect you for getting back in there and not quitting this journey. Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
