Christian Girl:
Now you begin the rest of your smoke free life. Don't be reluctant to use the patches that you have if you need to, they helped me quite a bit. Come here often and post your feelings. It is helpful to learn that others have been where you are about to go and a this group will help you along the way.
Congratulations!!!!!!!!
Kaiser

Hi, Christian Girl.
Congratulations on 3 days quit. That is a fantastic accomplishment. :)
Day 3 was one of my worst days. Seemed like it had been months since I'd quit and I was ready for it to be over. I detonated all over the Demon Busters (my quit group back then, poor folks ), then went to the store, bought a pack (not to smoke), and shredded them. I must have looked like a madman, but the destruction of the source of my agony was a great psych boost.
You're doing great, Christian Girl. Keep it up. :)
