Ed... smoking Kills. Choose to end your addiction today and adopt N.O.P.E. as your new model for life. Not One Puff Ever. That is how we all quit. No it isn't easy but you can do it. Not being able to breathe and being in the hospital should have given you enough of a scare to take your life back from teh addiction. Lets us know what your questions are and we will do our best to help you. You Can do it. One day at a time. Ed, unless your son is a former smoker, he doesn't understand addiction. But you CAN quit. You must change your thinking to "I CHOOSE NOT TO SMOKE. SMOKING IS NOT AN OPTION." Take it one day at a time, even one hour at a time. Rusty
