Trying to stop smoking tommorrow

Rolltide, The decision to quit smoking in itself is such a huge step in the right direction. It is important when deciding to quit, that we quit for the right reasons and that we truly feel we are ready to quit smoking. Now that you have set a date, make sure to prepare. Preparation is the key to a successful quit. If you have not, please take advantage of our free quit program as you access your glove compartment when logging on to our site. This program will help you through each step of the quitting process. Remember the SSC Support Team is always here to help you with your quit. Please keep us posted. Well this is my first post and I just wanted to ask that if there are any Christians on this site to please pray for me as I am trying to give up smoking tommorrow. I'm not sure if I will make it but here I go.

Rolltide Welcome to a great place to come for support, to vent, to simply read and get information and inspiration. Although I am not Christian I will send you my best wishes and my hopes that you will move through the grip of cigatettes and smoking and find the other side which is living a life free of the addiction to smoke. Hello, we will find you in any forum!! I am not a christian but I will wish you good luck in quitting this horrible addiction. The key to success is being utterly determined and also having a plan for coping with the inevitable cravings etc. The tools provided here will help enormously, have a good look around at the posts from others as you will get lots of good tips and advice. You learn a lot just from reading about the challenges others have faced and how they have been dealt with. If you need any help, advice or encouragement then this is the place to come.
