So Grit those Teeth, And Get the Eye of the Tiger my Friend, and put Yourself in the Drivers Seat, and take charge of Your journey in life, For that's what its all about, I love my new lifestyle of living after smoking like 45 years, luckly my health is in still good shape, and not every one can say that, for it does take its toll, whether it be smoking or drinking,
Don't do as I did, But do as I say, I gave up One bad addiction of smokeing, But I Have now started another one, It's called ''Excercising Daily,'' and Eathing Healthy Foods, I do 30 sit-up's every morning, and walk 2 miles a day, am 68 years old and retired, now I see why they call it the good-life, its working
