I have smoked for about 16 years and the only time I have quit successfully was when I found out that I was pregnant, and that was almost 9 years ago. I am going thru accupuncture with my chiropractor. I also have my lavender oil for high stress. I REALLY want this to work

you can do this. arm you rself with all of the great information here on the site. I hear acupuncture works really well. Just look, you're already an x-smoker... and you'll stay that way as long as you never light up again. Lavendar puts me to sleep. zzzZZZzzzz My Milage: My Quit Date: 4/5/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 27 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 411 Amount Saved: $121.5 Life Gained: Days: 2 Hrs: 9 Mins: 58 Seconds: 42

Madwall The advice and support are awesome at SSC Remember the 3 Ps- POSITIVE Attitude, POST Often, & Not One PUFF Ever Cuddles It's better to be a non-smoker with an occasional desire for a cig than a smoker with a constant desire to quit...... Madwill, The decision to quit smoking in itself is such a huge step in the right direction. It is important when deciding to quit, that we quit for the right reasons and that we truly feel we are ready to quit smoking. Honesty with one self is key to a successful quit. Be true to yourself and your endeavor to quit smoking and you will successfully succeed. If you have not, please take advantage of our free quit program as you access your glove compartment when logging on to our site. This program will help you through each step of the quitting process. Remember the SSC Support Team is always here to help you with your quit. Please keep us posted on your quit :) Melanie ________________________ The SSC Support Team
