Congratulations JuJu on your decision to end your slavery to smoking. Quitting isn't easy but you can do it. Keep recommitting yourself over and over again and you will make it. N.O.P.E. Not One Puff Ever is how we all quit around here. As long as you don't light that next cigarette you've got it made. Sounds like you have the right attitude. Be sure to drink a lot of water and take some deep breaths. There is a lot of information on these boards that will help you through the quit process. Welcome to our quit family :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/1/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 276 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 5,531 Amount Saved: $966 Life Gained: Days: 24 Hrs: 8 Mins: 56 Seconds: 48
