Sorry you are having a bad time. It is hard to be the charge, it seems it gives everyone the right to voice their opinions positive or otherwise.
Stay calm and be positive, do relaxation techniques before bed to relax you. Leave the work at work and enjoy your home life. Also try exercise as a stress outlet, it can do a world of good.
