JR...I like that quote. I will have to write that down. I am glad you were not too distressed over your slip. I have faith that you will reach 50 and beyond. Hi Healer..Thank you for offering your support. The same goes for you. If I can help in any way just let me know. You are lucky to be able to work from home. I wish I could do that!!!! So far so good for me too. Haven't had any major triggers yet. I really really want this!! I think that is the difference between now and my previous attempts to quit smoking. Keep up the good work!! I always wondered how people could hide smoking. The smell sticks with you every where you go and in every room you smoke in unless of course you go outside. You much better off not smoking then sneaking around every hour just to get those stupid fixes. :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/4/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 9 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 194 Amount Saved: $42.48 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 15 Mins: 43 Seconds: 52

Hello mp99...I have to agree with you about this forum but I have found that it has been a wonderful coping tool. Sometimes though I have to stay away or I think about not smoking too much and that makes me crave. Weird!! Good luck going gambling. I am sure you will do just fine. Are you using any NRT's? I'm up for anything. I haven't really thought about smoking for the first time tonight. With every ones support I know I will be well on my way. Healer I would wait on that vacation too even though it sounds wonderful. You are right in saying that you need to protect your quit and if anything comes up I will say N.O.P.E. ALWAYS!! Thanks everyone Angelic ;) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/4/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 9 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 198 Amount Saved: $42.48 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 16 Mins: 3 Seconds: 33

Doing much much better now. I am starting to learn that instead of letting all the idiots get me down I just laugh at them. Before you know I have a smile on my face that won't go away. Thank you for replying to my post. 4my2girls...We are here for you too!!! It's nice to see people with a quit date close to mine. :) Lets me know that I am not alone in this. Hi Healer...That movie in the head might work. :) How are you doing today? I'm doing ok. I am having a rough morning today. Nothing happened or anything and when I woke up I was fine. It wasnt until I started driving to work that it hit me. I am going to stay in my own little world today here at work. ;) Angelic My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/4/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 10 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 208 Amount Saved: $47.2 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 16 Mins: 49 Seconds: 26
