Having a really bad day

Hyriel, I really think you have so much on your mind right now you may be losing focus. Your quit is still so new it will be subsceptible to any stresses you have right now. Please try to keep the thought in your head of how important this is to you. Try not to worry too much about your boyfriend, he either is going to be around for you or he isn't. If he is pulling away from you, smoking is not going to bring the two of you closer again. Your son seems like he is at the teenage stage where he may get peer pressure to smoke. Think what a great example you can be for him. Please try to take some quiet time for yourself, maybe tomorrow. You sound like you need a break. Just don't smoke while you're doing it. Keep Strong and let us know how you feel later. Hyriel1 Sounds like you're having a rough time! You're certainly in good company here. I think we've all thought the way you do now. Great advice from my fellow ex smokers:) Read all you can about your addiction and educate yourself on your own triggers. This place is great for advice and support. Oh and you can make it...but you must really want to. All the best from Northern Ireland!!
