Alexa-
I have found that there are good days and more challenging days. And ya know what? Through this site, and the posts I find day and night as I need them, I make it one more day, moment to moment, a non-smoker. And I love it - clean hair, my car and house don't smell like smoke. My hands smell so clean. It's wonderful!
Today was a tough day, so I got out of here, went to the mall for a walk, and just got myself busy rather than thinking about smoking.
Take it one day at a time, one hour at a time, dear one. There is so much support and wisdom on this site, that's what has gotten me here today.
Be gentle w/yourself, crawl under the covers if you need to. Just DON'T SMOKE.
Blessings -
