Hi,
I had to laugh when I read your post. Because I spent several hours yesterday crying for me. I missed that smell, or some smell, or maybe it was the heat and the warm air.
So I got out my candle the one that smells of lavender, and some matches. I must have lit it 3 or 4 times, and just breathed the match and the snuffed out candle. Then I lit it and left it burning while I took a bath. OK, so its crazy, but I'm still not smoking.
One day at a time, that is how we get through. Just be sure to get your rabies shot if you need one in your area. (LOL)
