Hi, Quitter.
The only specific crave I think I still have is long-term driving on a freeway. When my wife and I would take a road trip, I'd use smoking as a way to pass time and stay awake. She'd curl up in the back with the dog and sleep through the boring parts. I haven't tested this yet, but I've had some hints from some day trips we've taken.
How to get through it? The same way I've dealt with others in the past. I tell myself it is only temporary and every time I get past one I weaken the next. Sometimes only once is all it takes, sometimes it may take a few encounters. But eventually the association link between the activity and smoking will be broken and that's one step closer to freedom.
Hang in there, Quitter. 52 days is awesome! One year is even better. You'll get there, one day at a time. :)
