Hi: I luckily have not had a real problem at all with quitting. I must even say that it has been easy to quit. I attribute this not to myself but to a book I read called "The Easy Way To Stop Smoking" by Allen Carr. His method really worked for me. My attitude is good. No real withdrawals. No weight gain. Nothing. The only thing that I used for my quit was that book. No NRT or wellbutrin or willpower (I have none). I am certainly not saying that this would be right for everyone but, if you are having a hard time it might be worth a read to help ease the stress that you are feeling. Just an idea. Hope things start going better for you. Remember you are doing awesome!
